Body and Soul

Matthew 10: 28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

We are undoubtedly heading into just such times.  Demented presidents demanding tens of millions take the jab or else lose the ability to feed their families; delusional school boards insisting children twelve and over – virtually none of whom are at any risk, nor pose a risk to anyone else – take the jab or else…or else what exactly?  Kick them out of public schools?  The best thing that could ever happen to these young minds.

Worst of all…churches, blindly following orders.  When will we see the first series of churches require attendees to show a proof-of-jab card?  It is coming, willingly, voluntarily, and with complete certainty.

Matthew 10: 16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

It seems a good time for every employee that has decided that under no conditions will they take the jab to walk out for a day.  If that doesn’t wake the ignoramuses that run your company, then walk out for two days, or a week – all of you, together.

There is already a tremendous labor shortage in this country.  There are more job openings than there are reasonably qualified unemployed people to fill these.  Walk out.  There are many companies in many locations and many industries where this will be especially effective.

Many companies cannot go a day, or even a few minutes, without a complete staff on hand.  You know if you work at one of these; you know the attitudes of your co-workers; you know the climate in the community; you know the availability, or lack thereof, of an available labor pool to replace you.

I suggest the same for parents of schoolchildren – keep them home for a week.  All of them.  You already saw last year on zoom the crap they are shoving down your child’s throat.  Use this as the final straw to get your child out.

If you are at a church that followed orders beginning a year ago March, leave now and stop donating another penny to any of their work.  The orders that they will willingly follow next time will be significantly worse for your health.

Matthew 7: 6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

Stop trying to convince others – you are only increasing the number of future enemies; they will want to take their rage out on you once it is obvious what they have done to their body and soul.

Matthew 10: 14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.

You have tried – I know you have.  You have talked to friends and family, coworkers and colleagues, people that you love.  Facts are irrelevant, the reality around them is irrelevant.  Even the words and data directly from organizations like the CDC and WHO are irrelevant if these are contrary to the narrative – and, clearly, with information taken only from these two sources, the entire narrative lie falls on its face.

Shake the dust off of your feet.  There comes a point when you know you have said the last word that you are going to say on this subject – even to your closest family and friends.  Shake the dust off of your feet – know that you have done all you can; have peace that you will do no more.

Matthew 10: 15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

We read of this in Genesis 19, where the Lord rained brimstone and fire on the cities, and the plain, and on all inhabitants.  Lot was led out by the Lord, with his wife and daughters.  But Lot’s wife looked back – she didn’t shake the dust off of her feet – and was turned into a pillar of salt.  Don’t look back.

Jesus offered what your family and friends have in store for you:

Matthew 10: 21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.

35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

What happens when they are the ones getting sick, getting hospitalized, start dying?  Will they come to you in a loving way and say, “gee, I wish I listened to you”?  Or will they hunt you down, angry with you for being a reminder of their own ignorance, stupidity, and gullibility?

Matthew 10: 34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.

I am coming to a new understanding about this verse and the verses about setting one family member against another.  God often used the enemies of His chosen people to punish, chastise, or refine them.  The chosen people did not receive peace – they received a sword.  Jesus was not offering the sword to the chosen people, but to their enemies, because the chosen people have strayed from God’s will.

It is only because of Jesus, His death and His resurrection, that we know of both the evil that we face and the hope that we hold.  This is why they will come for you with a sword.

Conclusion

Matthew 10: 23(a) But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another

I am starting to conclude that there will be no city to flee to.  Seven billion people are in their sights, and the only thing that will end this is large numbers of deaths, in the multiple of millions – either of the jabbed or at the hands of those forced out of any means to feed their families.  This is a storm that has to be ridden out.

John 16: 33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

  1. Whether the young maidens in ancient Rome were singing or not when they entered the arena where wild animals were waiting to tear them to pieces, I do not know. What is certain is that they had made up their minds, prior to this, as to exactly where they would draw the line in defense of their faith and there was no "looking back".

    It is almost as certain today that everyone will have to decide whether they knuckle under to the Order handed down or resist it in favor of individual freedom and personal responsibility. This decision will also have to be made in advance. Those who refuse to draw a line will, by default, have already given in and they will take the Jab.

    The most important part of the decision will be the resoluteness of the commitment. Those who stand firm may very well be shut out, shut down, starved to death, but it is critical that, once the decision is made, it is held to.

    "...No one, having set his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God." -- Luke 9:62

    As Bionic said above, "Don't look back."

    1. Good message. It's time to dust off our Foxe's Book of Martyrs to train for a worst case scenario. A solid foundation of the scriptures strengthens our determination. Many examples recorded and miraculously preserved in the Bible make it clear that complete trust in Christ has always been the believers' only solution. Right after Jesus' said "Remember Lot's wife", He added, "Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.". The more we love this world and all its trappings, the harder it will be to lose our lives and live up to our commitment to Christ. The time is now to seriously practice losing our current lives on every level by tackling very person, delight, treasure, that will try to make us look back.

      The Bible is proving to be today's only reliable news source and it's popping out at us. Think about this one, from the apostle Paul:

      1 Corinthians 4:13 (KJV): "Being defamed, we intreat: we are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day."

      Or, as Young's Literal version puts it:

      "When we are slandered, we answer kindly. We have become the scum of the earth, the garbage of the world — right up to this moment."

      Right up to this moment, unto this day, this is still the way it is. Understanding our true standing in the world as garbage, we know that we are also the foolish things who confound the wise (1 Corinthians 1:27).

  2. Another thought, bionic - last night I was reading Micah 7 - "2The godly man has perished from the earth;

    there is no one upright among men.

    They all lie in wait for blood;

    they hunt one another with a net.

    3Both hands are skilled at evil;

    the prince and the judge demand a bribe.

    When the powerful utters his evil desire,

    they all conspire together.

    4The best of them is like a brier;

    the most upright is sharper than a hedge of thorns.

    The day for your watchmen has come,

    the day of your visitation.a

    Now is the time of their confusion.

    5Do not rely on a friend;

    do not trust in a companion.

    Seal the doors of your mouth

    from her who lies in your arms.b

    6For a son dishonors his father,

    a daughter rises against her mother,

    and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.

    A man’s enemies are the members

    of his own household." - does that make Jesus a plagiarist?:)
    Seriously, it has come to me recently that in order to see the big picture today, if you start with Isaiah through Malachi - then Matthew through John - and you have a picture within a picture.
    Jesus constantly quoted the prophets - they lived from about 850BC to 400BC - Warning about the events to come. Of course, their reward was execution.
    I cannot think of anyone better than you, bionic - to put these into a narrative package.
    How about it?

    1. Crush, it's funny you say this. I have recently finished Isaiah and am now in the early chapters of Jeremiah. Every chapter could provide a narrative. Some of the verses are absolute gems.

      I could almost just cut and past many of these, as you have done - just change the names to the modern demons.

  3. The courageous Alexandr Solzhenitsyn reminds us that we are to 'Live Not by Lies' The essay is as pertinent today as it was in 1974. I'm also reminded of Vaclav Havel's 'Power of the Powerless'. We are going to be tested as we have never been before.

  4. Alexander Solzhenitsyn was a man of truth and knew his history and of "the red symphony".
    Today's communists are using as their script, that which was prophesied in the bible and came true in 70ad with God's judgement on Israel and Judaism with the destruction of Jerusalem.
