To change the perception of the income tax in the minds of the people without having to change the law from an excise, which it has been for nearly 300 years (and still is!), to a supposed direct tax without apportionment, was a feat that would be accomplished during the rampant nationalism of WWII. All the fear tools described above and more were used on the American people to convert the then alleged anachronistic revenue collection system of indirect taxes, which had served faithfully to keep the federal government small by restricting its revenue sources, to one of direct taxes without apportionment, which would provide an endless stream of vast amounts of revenue to support the emerging welfare/warfare state. This of course would have been an impossible task without somehow claiming that the Constitution actually authorized it.
The confidence that these psychopaths had in their methods is best explained by their resurrection of a blatant lie that had been shot down by the Supreme court some 25 years earlier. That lie was that the 16th Amendment authorized a direct tax without apportionment. To resurrect that lie took collusion between academia, military/industrial complex, the legal and accounting professions, the press and the state. If there ever was a case of we-know-best this was it. Great effort was taken to revise history so as to eliminate from the written record any discussion of the long history of indirect taxation, especially the income excise, which the curious and fearless could use to easily defeat the Big Lie.
Unfortunately, the lie has endured for some 70 years, to the nearing destruction of what was once the palladium of liberty, but that knowledge which was purposefully omitted from your education has been courageously found. Learn the truth about the tax. There is no excuse anymore to choose fear when everything you need to know to overcome it starts right here:
http://losthorizons.com/Documents/The16th.htmGregSnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-648884752216444797.post-10344978704776165322015-03-17T10:41:44.340-07:002015-03-17T10:41:44.340-07:00There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth...There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment.
